By accessing and using Course Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Course Pilot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your golf course management needs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Course Pilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
